Section #1

General Policy

Netlia SA provides digital services, including Cloud Hosting and Web Hosting solutions. Due to the nature of digital services and the immediate allocation of resources upon activation, all purchases are considered final once service provisioning has commenced.

By purchasing any service from Netlia SA, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in its entirety.

Section #2

No Refunds for Change of Mind

Netlia SA maintains a strict no-refund policy in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to use the service
  • Inactivity of the account or service
  • Misunderstanding of service features or specifications
  • Accidental purchases
  • Migration or switching to another provider
  • Dissatisfaction not resulting from a service failure or non-delivery

Once a service has been ordered, activated, or provisioned, no refund will be issued for reasons related to customer preference, decisions, or circumstances beyond the control of Netlia SA.

Eligible Refund Cases (Limited Exception)

A refund may only be considered under the following condition:

  • Netlia SA fails to deliver or provision the purchased service within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase.

Customers may submit a refund request within this period if the service has not been delivered as promised.

Section #4

Refund Request Requirements

To be eligible for consideration, a refund request must:

  • Be submitted in writing to info@netlia.net
  • Include proof of purchase
  • Include account information sufficient to identify the order
  • Clearly describe the issue and demonstrate that it relates to non-delivery of the service by Netlia SA

Refund requests that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.

Section #5

Non-Refundable Services

The following products and services are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Domain name registrations
  • Domain name renewals
  • Cloud Hosting services
  • Cloud-based services and infrastructure
  • SSL certificates
  • Setup fees
  • Activation charges
  • Resource consumption charges (including CPU, bandwidth, storage, and network usage)
  • Any partially used hosting period
  • Services suspended or terminated due to violations of the Terms of Service

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are strongly encouraged to contact Netlia SA before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Filing a chargeback or dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with Netlia SA may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Permanent account termination
  • Loss of hosted data, configurations, and associated services

Netlia SA reserves the right to contest fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Processing times typically range from 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and financial institution involved.

Policy Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit this Refund Policy may result in:

  • Denial of refund requests
  • Suspension of services
  • Permanent account termination

Netlia SA reserves the right to investigate suspected abuse and take appropriate action.

Policy Changes

Netlia SA reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time.

Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on the Netlia SA website.
